  • I was here last month (march 2015) and it is just other people's opinion about this place but I had an AMAZING experience with towneplace suites. the staff was overly friendly and took me to all my appointments at the mayo clinic - I stayed here for 2 weeks. there is not one bad thing I can say about them. I wish I remembered the staff's names but everybody was great and my room was great, the kitchenette was wonderful and housekeeping was friendly. the business center was accessible, I was able to use the computer and print for free (compare to other places) and they have a nice snack area to buy things. the week I was there, they had a coldstone ice cream social which was very nice. not sure what others were expecting with their reviews but for a continental breakfast, a studio suite, shuttle to take you places anywhere in a 5 mile radius was just what I needed. they even took me to the grocery store near by and helped bring in my groceries.
