  • I have done business with Earnhardt Nissan (aka East Valley Nissan) both new cars and lease cars. Since East Valley took over I have noticed a few not so good changes. Sales personnel are not the same attentive , non pushy people like Earnhardt Nissan was. The latest scam and yes I Say scam is mailing out ads with a digital winning number saying " If your digital number matches the number in the winners box you have won 2 of the 5 listed prizes." We went the following morning and found several other people with the SAME winning numbers. After waiting several minutes we were switched to a Sale Manager. This was simply a Scam to get people into the Dealership. When the lease is up on our present car we will look elsewhere to buy or lease.
