  • I don't give this place one star or half a star for that matter. I have lived here for the last year and have had trouble after trouble. The management is absolutely terrible at dealing with any issues especially the manager of the property Jaime. She usually passes her assistant off to deal with any issues. ( Shannette) The only person in the office that is help full and tries her best is Natalie. She is a leasing agent. The day I moved in I was told everything was in order and the apartment was ready to go. When I arrived to pick up my keys I was told they needed more of a deposit even though I was originally told a set amount. I had to go back to the bank and get another cashier check's. The neighbor above me is the most disrespectful person on the planet who is up all hours of the night then back up at 6 AM. Resulting in many sleepless nights for my daughter and I. I have complained to management many times and they were not concerned. I finally had to confront her myself. More then 5 times by the way. Her dog tried to bite my daughter one night and the management could care less. Speaking of dogs, the complex allows very large dogs and you will see lots of dog crap that owners do not clean up after their pets. Again this is something the management does not take serious. Also be warned that the property management requires a 60 day notice rather than a 30 day upon move out, even if your lease expires. The day I moved in that was another thing they failed to mention . Yes I understand I signed a contract and it was stated but if you are a first time apartment renter for an apartment complex then this is something that most people do not know. Also good luck trying to enjoy the pool. Throughout this last year every time I try to enjoy there are at least a dozen kids ages ranging from 12 to 14 that all come in the pool area unsupervised and splash other residents cussing and fighting with each other. This is another example of how the property manager clearly does not care. Each time this has happened all adults at the pool say "Ive had enough" and all get up and leave. These kids run back and fourth from the front lobby to the pool, therefore when walking past the fitness center the floors are wet and slippery. My truck was recently stolen from the premises .A police report was made. It happened on a Sunday so a leasing agent was only available to inform of the theft. The next day I did not receive a call from the manager to follow up. I had to go in the office and talk to her face to face to make sure she had taken a report for her management company. I informed her that I had my mailbox key and pool key in the stolen truck, that I needed a new set. She began to tell me it would cost TWENTY DOLLARS. I argued with her and stated that because my truck was stolen not my irresponsibility she was actually going to charge me?? WOW ...and shes the manager. She stated that she was treating me like anybody else. And I said .." What, like shit?" She was very insensitive and acted as if she could care less. The community has gates in the front and back but rarely ever work. If and when the front is closed it will require a code. But... the back of the complex the gate is always open. I feel as if the management actually put the gates to use properly I may still have my truck. So there you go people.. I wish someone had warned me before I considered this place to be my residence. The end of my lease is around the corner and cannot get out of here fast enough. Poor management and theft, that about narrows it down
