  • We've completed the full recovery process from Honey's original visit back in December (eye damage and emergency graph). She has come through beautifully. The staff and doctor at this office are wonderful. Prices are reasonable for what you get. No outrageous markups on prescriptions, etc. Very ethical vet. Doctor Norman deserves her 5 star rating. The office is very clean and beautifully decorated. Complimentary coffee in the lobby. You won't find a better animal eye doctor anywhere. We're taking our 15 year old cat there next for possible cataract surgery in the near future -- something they do regularly there. I have chatted with other pet parents in the waiting area and I have heard a lot of success stories with their pets' cataract surgeries. Wow. Final note: They are busy, so schedule an appointment early!! To their credit, we were able to get an emergency appointment, so if it's an emergency and/or if your pet's eye is damaged or had an accident, let the receptionist know to get in ASAP. Otherwise, for the subsequent follow-ups (non emergency appointments), we had to wait a few weeks to get in.
