  • Came in with my son's instrument. Cashier helped a woman who wasn't even in line before. I went to another cashier and instead of helping me they took another person who wasn't in line. When I finally got to the counter the cashier didn't tell me to hold on, he just walked away leaving me standing there. When I did receive assistance they said they didn't do instruments. Something that could have been said while I was waiting in line with a baby in a car seat and a sleeping 2 year old in arms. This place is a joke!!! Would never give this place business. Need to fix customer service!
