  • Update: while we were at this event we were told by a male employee with blonde hair that we'd receive a refund. It's been over a month and after multiple times following up with Kayli, the manager, it's become clear this refund is not going to happen. We were told we'd get a refund because we had originally purchased 6:30pm tickets and then a few hours before our slot we were asked if we could come at 6pm because a private event was booked over our slot. We arrived right before 6pm and the event (a 10 year old girls birthday party) was already being set up for -- decorations, part favors, a DJ. They arrived before they were supposed to. The girls running around aged approx 4-12 we're dressed like little whores -- tons of makeup, belly shirts, fake lashes, etc. It was so awkward that it made my husband uncomfortable. Thankfully they assigned a female employee to take photos of us but we still haven't received the refund we were promised.
