rev:text	This review is actually for a newer community-24 north off of the 17n-specifically Marci. Me and my boyfriend are looking to buy a home for us and our 3 year old daughter. They were unable to join me today so I went alone. The moment I walked in, Marci gave me a paper and dismissed me to tour the homes by myself while she chatted with another worker. I had to ask her questions about where to go and about the community. So I toured all 6 homes by myself. When I walked back in, Marci was on her computer and didn't even acknowledge me walking back in to her office. I had to ask her if I could sit down and talk to her-to this she kept looking at her computer and said "sure hang on I'm writing something". (Still no eye contact or welcoming presence. There was no one else there, mind you). I had asked Marci what makes Shea homes better than other builders and why we should choose this community and she quickly cut me off and asked why I was there. Not much conversation happened after that--just more dismissing and uninterested body language/speech towards me and handed me another paper telling me to go somewhere else. I left very upset because I, too, work in sales and would never dismiss anyone based off of the car they drove, how old they were, etc. I feel like Marci didn't give me the time of day nor took me seriously as a home buyer. I am 24 years old and run a business that covers the entire state of Arizona-but was dismissed because I look young. Regardless of what Marci's reasonings were for her unprofessional and discourteous manner-Shea homes will not be getting our business nor will I recommend them to any of my clients because of how Marci treated me.
