  • This has been my go to Home Improvement store for over 5 tears now. This location always pride itself in excellent customer service. Now though it seems as they don't care. Last 4 times they been all negative. One of the experiences was while Waiting for assistance to have some bring down an item from a top shelf,literally waited 20 minutes before someone came(i stayed because i needed the item). Most recent and probably last time i shop with Lowes was a few weeks ago when we ordered cabinets and got assistance from Ron. That guy is a prune. He is rude, impatient and no urge to help, yet he wears all these pins about being a teacher for other and #1 customer service... fast forward 3 weeks from ordering, and we were missing one cabinet which just got delivered today after waiting all afternoon last Saturday for it and never got delivered. And today we find out that most important cabinet(corner top cabinet) which hoes up first is broken, so kitchen installation is further delayed. Just bad experience after bad experience. Lowes is not what it used to be. At least not this location
