  • I truly enjoy the food at the Akrop; it's the main thing that keeps me coming back. In the past, I have had an expired coupon denied. Just today, a lady working the counter already assumed my coupon was expired before even looking. I feel like the customer service needs an overall attitude change. Also, the food takes a pretty long time to make it to the table/take-out. I understand they serve great food but that isn't the only thing that makes a restaurant worthy of patronage.
