  • Since I'm in sales as well, I expected "to get the pitch" much to my surprise it was quite the opposite. I was greeted by a young man named Isaac who pointed me towards what I thought I was looking for. As we chatted he excused himself momentarily and returned with a set of pearls and matching earrings. He laid them out and explained more about pearls than I'd ever need to know. He was incredibly knowledgeable and what impressed me most was how intuitive he was about what sort of gift I should have been looking for. They were perfect! As I braced myself for the sticker shock, he asked for some information to write up my purchase. I couldn't believe what a great value they were. I'd seen similar sets for twice as much at other places which was why I hadn't even considered them this trip. Needless to say I bought them, my wife LOVES them, and Isaac has a new customer for whenever I'm looking for gifts for my wife.
