  • Took my two five month old dobies there for an overnighter on a saturday, picked them up sunday morning. When we arrived the front desk girl was very nice and got us registered quickly and pleasantly. The gentleman owner then took the pups in the back and immediately commented that the pups were skiddish. I told him they were just pups and boarding for the first time so they might need some TLC. He didnt reply. Strike One. Left not feeling 100% at ease but i thought it was just my nerves. When i returned sunday morning to pick them up the woman owner commented that the pups were "barkers" and i should have them spayed to tone them down. I told her they acted like normal five month old puppies and asked her if she comforted them or spoke to them to calm them. No reply. Strike Two. When the gentleman owner brought them out they were cowering in fear. Strike Three. Wont be back there. They obviously prefer small dogs and cats and should state that on their website. They seemed irritated with my dobermans. They get two stars only because of their friendly staff. The owners are older and are ill equipped to deal with large breed dogs.
