  • This company needs to learn about customer service, they could go across the street to Dream Racing for some tips. We did the 30 minute chase - this was the right amount of time driving and the actual driving part was fun however they ruin the experience with their customer service. We were picked up on time and taken to their facility, the disappointment started once we arrived there. Once we arrive we waited almost 2 hours until we were taken out where we would be driving. We had a reservation, they were completely disorganized and had no idea what was going on. During this time we were briefly put in a crappy room to watch a quick video, never were we given a status of the delay or when we would be going - we were suppose to just sit there and wait at their dirty and run down facility. Once we finally were taken to where we would be driving, it was done in an OLD NON-Air Conditioned van - - we are in the desert...GET AC!. Once we arrived where the buggies were there were no delays. The buggies are in rough shape, probably due to the constant abuse they receive, but they need to keep up on maintenance. Once we were done we were taken back to their facility; again in a non-air conditioned dirty van....not at all nice after a 30 minute run in the desert. But once back they were so nice to tell us we were not going to be charged any fees for damages....as if you could see any damage as the buggies were all beat to hell. Be cautioned about other reviews, Sun Buggy offers everyone a free t-shirt if they post a review (and they verify it) before you leave their facility. Overall the actual driving part was fun, however the customer service is sub-par. For a company handling a large number of tourist they need to get organized.
