This review is solely based on us trying to get our new kitchen faucet installed. We picked out a new faucet (no one asked us if we had any questions they just sat at their chairs). I asked if they could install it for us and what would be the cost. We were passed off to an older man, who was supper nice but couldn't work the computer. He asked a younger man for help who answered his question and quickly ran off. The quote we got was better than all the places we called on our own so we paid for the faucet and the install. This was on Friday. Sunday rolls around and we still haven't gotten a call about setting up our install. So we called the store to find out our contact number was wrong. It was right on 2 of the 3 times he enter in. So we got that fixed and the women said if we didn't get a call in 24 hours call back.
Now Tuesday, we called the store twice today, once we passed around to 4 different people no one could tell us anything. The second time we called we couldn't get anyone to answer the phone.
We have called the corporate install number and there was an automated message that said plumbing installs are no long available in our area.
Then we called customer service which wasn't anymore helpful.
At this point we are don't know if we will ever get our faucet installed. Also no one could tell us if we could get a refund for the $100 we spent on the install in the first place.
Overall you can say I'm disappointed and will not be using them to upgrade our kitchen this fall.
