  • I am giving this business one star based on the treatment I received from the doctor, which was kind, otherwise I would be giving them zero stars. I first went to English Dermatology, Chandler office, in June 2010 and was not billed or contacted for any payment owed until November 2011. At that time I researched (since 1.5 yrs had passed) to find out if they were correct and if I did owe that amount. I called to try and pay and left a message, which was not returned. I received another invoice in January and called to pay again. At this time I was informed my account had been referred to a collection agency and they could not take my payment. The billing area was very rude and said they were not at fault for not returning my call and I should have tried harder to pay after leaving them the message in Nov. I guess me calling in again in January isn't trying hard enough since he said I let the month of Dec go by without calling them. Extremely poor customer service and bottom line, I should have received a return call when I realized I owed them in November. I would not recommend this business strictly for the rude behavior and lack of responsibility. It's too bad, I have money to pay and they won't take it. It's easier to pass the bill off to an agency than do their job!!!
