I have been here twice, and both times the experience took nearly two hours, which doesn't seem worth it whatsoever. The doctors were fine and informative both times, and even the tech was pretty friendly and helpful, but the front desk staff and opticians were concerningly inefficient. The assistant manager needs to revisit HIPAA requirements and reconsider her "bedside manner." It was clear she had no respect for the privacy of patient health information-- twice while she was helping me, other workers interrupted her and asked her very detailed questions about other patients in front of me (while I waited... and waited) and she was talking very loudly about my prescription information too, essentially reading out loud what the doctor already told me in the exam room-- in front of a lengthy line of customers, no less. I don't really care about the privacy of my contact lens power, but god forbid a customer experiencing more complex/rare issues require her help.
I also had to wait over 45 minutes for 2 contact lens samples, and the salesperson was clearly having trouble navigating the computer and charting system. I've never experienced such an unprofessional optical appointment before, and it took nearly half a day to finish what should've taken 30 minutes.
