  • Made an appointment online yesterday for today at 11:00 am, received the confirmation email that said a mechanic will show up at 11:00-11:30 am, waited around all morning, no mechanic showed up, no text/call/email from the company. When I called, the person on the phone told me the mechanic called out of work today and I could reschedule for tomorrow. I need to get back to California today, they should have at least told me the mechanic called out so I could have gone somewhere else earlier rather than waiting around!
