Just had one of the worst customer service experiences ever. Floor manager was a complete moron. I understand it is a sale and there will be long lines to checkout. But you do not split a line and move the back part of the line to the front of another register. I literally waited while 4 people who were way behind me got checked out. Then when I expressed my annoyance to the manager she tried to defend her actions rather than deal with what she had actually done. Seriously someone needs to be aware of what is going on
