  • I had a really hard time rating this company. Based on the products alone, I would give it five stars. I love their products! I purchase them at the Old Town Farmer's Market. I feel I had to down grade my rating due to the lackluster customer service. I buy lotion and soap at least once a month. The same woman rings me up every time. The word that best describes her demeanor is "terse". I wish she would lighten up! Smile, even!
