Cons: Your bike will get stolen. Forget any sense of security within the bike room, pool, or laundry room after hours. There is no security at night so be a aware of that if you are a female living within the facility. Management does not care if your bike is stolen from the "secure" bike room and they do not want to hear about the homeless people living in your parking spot / granted that only happened one time but one time seems like enough.
Pros: The receptionists are awesome and always more than willing to help. Rent is cheap ($467 for a shared apartment) but it tends to go up more every year. Also maintenance is awesome and I love them.
Great if you don't own a bike, aren't scared of anything or a man, and you own pepper spray or a knife and you can deal with management.
