  • Less than pleased with the Henderson Chevrolet service department. I dropped my car off 9 days ago for a repair and there it still sits- not repaired. I dropped in yesterday for a surprise visit to try and figure out what the delay is. I was informed they were waiting for a certain service tech to look at the car as they have yet to determine the issue with the car. Which by the way was the same thing I was told the day before. To make matters worse they replaced a starter on the vehicle that was working fine and did not need to be replaced, only to learn that the original issue had not been fixed. A little follow up would be appreciated. I was told after my visit yesterday they would be calling that afternoon with an update- and I'm still waiting for that call. If you're going to charge premium rates (90.00/ hour) you should provide premium service. I'll be dropping by before the end of the day to pick up my Corvette- fixed or not- out of patients with the lack of follow up.
