  • Service is always really slow and there's never any sense of urgency to help you. They just don't care about customers. I went here a few months ago to buy windshield wipers. The guy sold me the most expensive brand they had. He promised me that even though they were expensive they were very high quality and would last me a minimum of two years. I don't know if he was just trying to take advantage of me because I don't know much about cars or he just doesn't know any thing himself. It's only been three months and they're already broke and I need new ones. So much for a minimum of two years. I was also sold an expensive floor mat as well that they told me was a great product and worth the money but it's already rolled up and I can't get it clean no matter how much I scrub. It slides all over the floor and I constantly have to move it back into place. I spent over $60 on this stuff they promised me was "high quality". Either they want to take advantage of customers or they just don't know what they're doing. I don't know which is worse.
