  • From the very first contact I made with Sean he made me feel comfortable and was very responsive throughout. The day came where my husband and I went to view the venue and I fell in love instantly! We had both our ceremony and reception take place at the modern farm. I was able to put together the wedding of my dreams. Small, rustic, and simple. I wasn't forced into any packages or specific vendors. I found and brought in my own vendors that I chose individually. This is the perfect DIY venue. Sean was very easy to work with and allowed me to stop by multiple times prior to the wedding. All in all it was perfect. My guests still compliment how nice the venue was and how everything came together. However there are two things to consider.. One, there is limited parking. A church next door were kind enough to provide additional parking for our guests. Two, the modern farm is located in a residential area and the neighbors were not to fond of the music. Cops were called to the property for the music around 7pm. Needless to say Sean was all over it and they did not return.
