  • this review has nothing to do with the employees. i've gone to the location on baseline for over a year and a half and it was suddenly shut down. Everytime i went , the girls that worked there were great. so not only did the location that was convenient for me closed suddenly, i had to drive an hour to the next closest one to fill out paperwork to get a refund. this was on a thursday, i was told by monday i would have it. monday rolls around and no refund. long story short, i worked with sara, who was great with this, for 3 weeks. she had to be the middle person between me and the owner who not only didn't refund my money, this is week 3, but said i can use was tans i had and i could drive to ahwatukee and use them. to her it was ok to treat a customer with no respect and completely disregard. she still hasn't had any communication with me at all. i work with customers on a daily business and that is not the way to act towards your customers. i wouldn't go back to any of these locations only because of the way the owner handled a situation she created.
