Wow- talk about amazing customer service and compassion. My cat of 12+ years was experiencing kidney failure. I knew he was extremely sick and I did not have a vet in town since I had only moved recently in the area and did not have any prior issues with my fur baby. I found Prestige Animal clinic online and they were available for an appointment on the same day within hours of my initial phone call. From the time we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and kindness. I realized quickly how critical my cat was. The Doctor was so compassionate and caring. She even emphasized and shed a tear with me. They gave me as much time as I needed, and walked me through the entire process from start to finish. Throughout every step from greeting to diagnosing to options, I was well informed and given time to think and process my options. I felt so much compassion and understanding from the entire staff who did not know me at all since it was my very first visit. After the visit about a week later, I received a sympathy card in the mail signed by the entire staff team. It even included personalized noted with my cat's name included. It really mattered and its the little things that stand out. As one of the hardest days in my life, it helps knowing I did not go through it alone.
