  • I had Mitchell's come in to do two pieces of work over this spring (2018) for me and they were super thorough all times. My husband remarked that they are so polite and nice. They are priced very fairly in the marketplace. Again, let me say that they are very, very thorough and they painstakingly answered all of my (many) questions (I like to understand things). 1. Duct work repair and sealing - I had Mitchell's repair and seal three duct leaks and removed some unused duct work. Corey showed me the photos on his phone so that I could see where they made their repairs. 2. Spring Maintenance + Added Condensate Pan under blower (with floater) -- They came in to add the condensate pan that my blower needs (and didn't have for some reason) and they added at that time a shut-off floater in case the pan ever gets filled with water. They performed the spring maintenance on my A/C condenser units. Those units were dirty and overcharged with coolant. Corey and Edward were very thorough and explained to me how those units are supposed to be maintained. I'm going to get them to do some additional duct work in the fall when they come in to do the heating season maintenance.
