  • What a difference no commission and hassle makes. We arrived on the dealership and I said to my boyfriend, "here come the wolves," expecting sales people to descend on us like day old roadkill. But no one came out. We went inside and had to ask receptionist for the person I'd been talking to online. He wasn't there but another rep came out and greeted us, asked if we needed water and then answered all of our questions, showed us each car we were interested in, and without a sales pitch, we upgraded to a more expensive vehicle. He also showed what the financing would be like, and didn't waste our time. We were impressed and my boyfriend, who lacks patience, thought it was a great experience. I didn't buy the vehicle at the time, but I still really want that car- and I'm 99% sure I'm going to buy from Avondale Mazda.
