  • I wen't to Sam's last night and got a fantastic massage! The price is great for what you receive. There was a mix up in the pressure I was looking for. I got a lady who specialized in Swedish, which was not what I wanted. I talked to the front dest about it later and they gave me 40 additional minutes of free massage with the manager! She was absolutely awesome! If you want super super hard and deep massage she's the one to see. Sam's has great customer service, they actually care if you enjoyed your massage. To avoid confusion make sure you tell them when you schedule your appointment exactly what you are looking for so they set you up with the right person! Each of them specialize in something different so make the appointment in advance so you can get the perfect therapist for your needs! As for the negative comments about them talking, I was in a private room and didn't experience this, however I don't think it would have bothered me too much if I had. If you go in knowing that might happen everything will be great. This is NOT a typical western massage place so don't expect them to act as though it is!!
