Why I paid premium for car maintenance? The customer service and warranty when things went wrong. I had my service A done and everything was fine until I picked up the car and noticed the UV tint on my front shield was scratched off. I immediately contacted Jason and let him know about the issue. He said I should not worry and he would handle it, no question asked. And he did. He arranged my car to get a brand new UV tint with no cost. They even gave me a rental car while I waited for the new tint. Very happy with their superior customer service.
Their oil change price is also reasonable. I recommended it. They wash and vacuum your car with every service, and while you're waiting for the oil change service at the lounge, you could sit down and enjoy some latte and pastries.
