  • My regular stylist was out of town, so I went in here because it looked really clean. I just needed my roots touched up to match the rest of my hair. The girl was very sweet, but obviously had no idea what she was doing. She gave me dark brown roots in contrast to my strawberry blond hair. She realize she screwed up, and offered to fix it right there and then. My hair already felt like straw with whatever she used, so I declined. It is finally fading from the dark brown, but the chemicals she use fried my hair. I will never go back here!
