Terrible experience with mean employee :(
We placed a delivery order via Grubhub. After waiting for an hour and a half, we called The Bagel Factory and the person on the line said the delivery was "probably" with the driver (didn't try to check). After another 30 minutes, we called Grubhub to help track down the order. Grubhub was super helpful and found that in fact the order was not on its way, the employee from The Bagel Factory just lied out of laziness. Almost three hours later, the order finally arrives with one of three orders missing. When I called The Bagel Factory, a rude man told me that I would have to place another order through Grubhub and wasn't sympathetic at all and didn't try to help at all. I can't believe how terrible the service there is and my friends and I will never give them business again.
