  • Watch your invoice for bogus charges. Went to have a spare replaced and they charged me for tire disposal when there was no tire to be disposed of (it was already taken off at another tire store) and another charge for transferring the new tire from another store 3 miles away (when they said there would be NO charge for the inter-company transfer). When I called them on these "mistakes" they immediately credited me but it sure sounded like it was intentional and they'd have been happy to pocket the difference. Based in this one experience, I wouldn't trust them to service my car again.
