  • I visited this particular LV location twice earlier this week and was pleasantly surprised by not just the size of the store but also the friendly sales associates. Visit One: Went in just to browse and checked out all three floors. Everywhere my friend and I went, one of the SAs greeted us. As we were about to leave, I pointed out one of the bags as being on my wish list and the nearest SA took it out of the display case so I could try it on (as well as a few wallets and other accessories). We chatted for a few minutes about the bag I was interested in, she showed me all the available prints and sizes and wasn't at all bothered that I couldn't buy the bag that day. Visit Two: Walked in and was greeted by Christine. I asked to see the Favorite PM in Damier Ebene and after looking it over, I told her I'd take it. As we walked to the cash register, she offered me a beverage and was very attentive during the checkout process. Christine packaged my new purse beautifully in the signature LV box, ribbon and brown bag and congratulated me on my first LV purchase. Overall, I was very pleased with the service I received and look forward to my next Louis Vuitton purchase @ LV - Crystals!
