  • I concur with other reviewers of the poor communication. I signed up opening day without a hard contract in hand (signed an e-pad like others had mentioned). I asked the store manager at the time the cancellation policy and was informed that if you relocate, you can cancel immediately. I moved to Tampa Florida and cancelled. What they don't tell you is there is a specific date you must cancel by or the auto draft goes into effect. So I was charged a monthly fee for a gym in Charlotte while living in Florida. Insane! I called to speak with the store manager and he was fired. No surprise there. Also, the snow room they so eloquently advertised at the walk through was not available for my entire membership (a year long). They also do not have a space available for free weight training at your own pace/time. I alerted them I would be posting a review and no response. Beware before signing up here!
