Everything is very innovative and fresh. There's a huge variety on the menu, with creative combinations and uses of vegetarian ingredients, and the selection goes beyond anything I've seen at vegetarian places in the Southern California area.
The place is casual, so service is minimal but very pleasant.
Vegetables are crunchy, sauces aren't too heavy. Portions are very generous, and prices are reasonable despite that it's vegan/vegetarian. I'd recommend the BLT type of wrap, which has lots of flavors and textures going on. Soup was also really tasty and satisfying on a cold November day. I'd definitely recommend it for vegetarians and non vegetarians alike.
