  • Had brakes replaced some time last year at this location, only to start having problems with the 'said' replaced brakes a few months down the road. Took in again, and was told that the brake pads were faulty, so they replaced the front again. Fast forward another few months, same issues, took in, they replaced again, no charge. Thinking that the 3rd time would be a charm, went on our merry way, only to be back in a short time later. The last time, we were told that THIS time, both FRONT and back were replaced. Fast forward about 6-7 months or so, took in for an oil change and inspection at a completely different shop/company, and they told us that our back brake pads were down to a TWO, and NEVER had been replaced, like we had been told. Sooo very FRUSTRATED!!
