  • Not customer service oriented at all. Took 4 weeks to repair my riding lawn mower, even after the promised 3 weeks, which is far too long anyway. Why can't they just expand their service staff to accommodate normal summer business increases? So my mower went in, sat there for over 3 weeks and then was repaired in only 2 working hours. Ridiculous way to operate.
