Soothe completely took my money from me and did not care about me as a customer.
I bought a groupon for a massage at Soothe and arrived at my appointment on time. I got completely undressed and had already filled out paperwork stating that I had previously had a bloodclot in my colon. Even though I clearly stated this on the inital paperwork, my therapist told me to contine to get undressed. She told me she would come right but but I laid there on the table for about thirty minutes. When she came back she told me that they weren't able to give me the massage that I had paid for because I had a bloodclot. They said I could call back when I had a doctor's clearance.
Once I had clearance, I called them multiple times and they never picked up. I left multiple messages that were never returned and I never got my money back. They basically stole my money.
How could you do that to a customer?
