  • I bought two (2) things from here a while back. What a rip-off! Within a month or so of having these "Things Remembered" they were broke. The first broke and I assumed that it was something I did. However, when I got a personalized key chain for my motorcycle (the second item from here), it was broke within the month. I called and asked if the store would fix it or replace it. They refused. I used the e-mail address provided to contact corporate...No response. After all my complaining, I receive an e-mail for a sale that was going on. All-in-all: Skip this place and find somewhere that has better craftsmanship and who is willing to stand behind their products. This place pumps out cheap trinkets in hopes you will return to have your newly broken trinkets replaced with something new. The only thing "I Remember" from this store is the bad products and customer service.
