Once my contract is up because of this store I might just leave at&t. It is not about the at&t services, it is about the employees (Marque) lying to get you on a plan and saying if something isn't right to come back and when you do they want to act as though you never had that conversation. With out consent he sign us up for a plan that was not asked for and the most expensive one (that I didn't find out until I got my first bill and called customer service). When I go up there one girl tells me that my bill should not be that high and then I talk to him and he acts as though he knows nothing of what I am talking about. I have only had the phones two weeks and I don't know if I want to stay a customer. Sprint starting to look real nice again.
