  • After doing business with another dry-cleaning service for 30 years (regrettably, they recently fell victim to new ownership) I tried Summit Cleaners. I was very disappointed with the unfriendly and terribly unhelpful young female who represented both of my two experiences with Summit. She apparently missed both days of training in both communication and service. The service is terrible, and very overpriced for the apparent value. It's unfortunate as I spend $100 weekly on cleaning and live 2 minutes from this location. Back to the search for another 30-year dry-cleaning partner...
