| - DONT DO IT! I just moved to the area and this was the first time I had a chance to get my nails done so I was excited! I found this place on yelp and thought to myself "I just might have found my permanent nail salon", I was sadly mistaken. I walked in and was greeted but I couldn't stop looking around at how kind of dirty it looked. They still had christmas decorations up and there was just lots of clutter. I didn't want to judge off that so I explained I had an appointment and the girl asked what I was looking for and I showed her pictures of the shape, length, and design. She assured me they could do it and walked me over to the pedicure seats. I didn't want anything to crazy on my toes a simple pink and white french pedi. A gentleman begins my pedicure and asks if I wanted the deluxe pedi or regular pedi. The deluxe is $10 dollars more but comes with the a the calluses remove, a sugar scrub, a massage and a hot towel wrap. Since I was trying to pamper myself I said I'll take the deluxe why not. Well, I think he skipped the calluses remover all together and just did the sugar scrub, then wrapped both of my legs with hot towels which felt nice until they became freezing. He left these towels on my legs the entirety of the time it took him to paint my toes. To top it off, he gets done with my toes and asks if I like it. I look at my toes and all he did was put a clear coat the do the white tips so there is no pink, and the white part is super thick. I'd never seen a french with thick white tip so I asked him to thin out the white part. He finally finishes and asks again if they're okay, which they weren't, but by this point the wet towels wrapped around my legs are now freezing, I'm extremely uncomfortable and just wanted it to be over. He than begins my "message" which was basically him putting lotion on my legs and rubbing it in, NOT A MESSAGE! There was nothing deluxe about it. I was uncomfortable cold and my toes are only halfway decent. So we move on to my nails I show him the picture of the exact shape, length and color I'm looking for. And he looks at the picture, then looks at me and say yes, yes, no problem. Well my nails came out a disaster, they where shaped crooked, not at all the shape I asked for and the polish came out sloppy. The polish wad so bad that another tech had to step in and fix them and they're still bad because I wasn't going to stay for another second for him to fix the shape. After being there for 2 and a half hours of what I expected to fun and relaxing I left sad, disappointed, and upset. The only thing good that came of this experience was that they let me borrow a charger for my phone. I will honestly never come back nor I will never recommend this place.
