  • Been shopping at sephora for more years than I care to admit. Never before have I come into a location where no staff have a tablet to help customers, especially in November. They make you stand in a line no matter the size to get help looking up past purchases or for help with an item. Two people standing at the door smiling and telling you that they can't help you with anything. I left and bought makeup at some little boutique instead. Sephora lost my business yesterday and I would never shop there again if this location was my only choice. Shame
