  • First off front staff is unfriendly and acts annoyed if you ask any questions. Wait times are rediculous, appointment or not. The one good thing they had going was the xray tech was nice. Now for the reasons why I'm giving 1 star and would give none if I could. The most major reason being that the doctor who read the impressions didnt even read them right, you see I know this because I had an xray a few hours later at the hospital due to labs that came back. Before I even had an xray I knew I had diminished lung sounds on my lower lobes. So simonmed basically says I have pneumonia in my upper left lobe, this I read two hours after I personally saw my xray at Chandler which clearly without a doubt shows pneumonia in my left lower lobe. Sure mistakes happen but medically it's unacceptable. Next let's talk about the professionalism of the tech, who can ask me questions before the scan begins but once you take it don't go start asking me if I have lung cancer or a history of it and some other stuff, so when I ask "why did you see something? " you respond with "don't worry this is a Stat order your doctor will have it soon" great so not to mention that you should never have said anything to me about my scan because you technically are not supposed to read them but now you have me wondering if I have cancer! Ok next important part! My order was Stat, it was urgent! I told the front desk to make sure the order got to my doctor at the number he bolded on the order and then I also reminded and made sure the tech was sending it Stat to that number which she said she was. My doctor called me that night and never got it, the only reason why he called was to say I had a lab come back and needed to get to the hospital for a CT. He called and called Simonmed who suddenly could not find my xray that was urgent and Stat! They did find it eventually even though it wasn't even read correctly. Never again will I go to simonmed or any of my family. My doctor has said he will not be sending patients there either.
