AT&T Customers with our plans expired. We went to switch to T-Mobile and receive the 55 plus plan. We walked into the Store and was greated by a nice young man. I asked him about the 55 plus plan and the cost(Jus to reconfirm) and was clueless at what I was talking about. First, I must say that communicating with him was hard because of the music playing very loud overhead. We went to the counter which was worse because someone had placed a speaker directly over the counter. After a lot of talking with two people and one person I believe the Manger who kept correcting the other employee in front of us. Well, to make a long story shorter, we walked out after 45 minutes. Reason: They had no idea what to do. 2. The real Reason - I love Bob Marley and his music but not so loud while I am trying to conduct business. Suggestion to the employees, you may enjoy listening to the music when there are not any customers in the store but please turn it down and try to make it a relaxing environment.
