We dealt with Garry, and he was really professional and helpful. We must say, the whole process was very professional. We signed up online, were given an appointment, and was sent an email to confirm our appointment. We need to change times, and the office was very accommodating. Within a few minutes of changing our appointment, we had a second email with the new time.
We were really impressed with Public Storage's use of technology. We were also very pleased with the customer service we received from Garry.
