  • I had done my hair here one time before. The service was ok. Despite having an appointment I had to wait an extra 20 minutes until the hair stylist finished with her client. A few months later I decided to make a second appointment. I wanted to fill in my balayage with my natural hair color and get a hair cut this time. I made the appointment two weeks in advanced. They sat me down, analyzed my hair and after 10 minutes came to tell me that the process would take too long so they couldn't attend me today and I had to reschedule. No real solution was provided or no compensation. As a full time working mom of two who was so excited to finally get some quality me time and a little makeover I was very upset. I didn't re-book as I won't be going back to a place that is unprofessional.
