  • Great price point, great style aesthetic and staff are very nice. Up u till today, I loved Cos and have spent a small fortune there. I bought a pair of pants that looked dreadful on me when I got them home and somehow, I lost the receipt. I tried to return them today with the price tag on and in the bag with the tissue and they would not even give me a credit note. I'm known by first name, one of the managers calls me when new styles come in and I've spent upwards of $2,000 in there. Very, very disappointed that they will not return an item even with the tag on and in the bag. I doubt that I'll go back again.
