  • They lost the glasses I drove to the office in. They asked if they could call if they found them. I need them to drive. I need them to drive.The lady behind the desk sighed and looked again. I wanted contacts for an upcoming vacation and the gave me a free sample of disposable contacts but they were the wrong prescription. I called and they told me to come back and they would give me the correct ones. So after a few days I called and said order them. It took 3 months. I called once a week and finally I got a call and was told they had been in the office since a week after I ordered them.
