  • Terrible customer service! I used to go here to promote local business but there is no customer service. A mis-communication (THAT WAS NO ONES FAULT) lead to a set of film and CD that was not what I had requested, instead of either giving me a deal on a re-print or just doing me a favor so I wouldn't have to pay another $24 dollars ($50 total) they were rude and unaccepting of any responsibility of the mis-communication. There was no sense of "the customer is always right" or accountability, they did not care that they were going to lose a customer. The owner raised his voice at me and did not care. Film development is slowing harder and harder to find, I would think they would want to protect their customer base. I have told everyone I know NEVER to go there and will take my business else where. I am not a fan of commercialized business and want to protect local stores but if this had happened at a franchised store I would have been given a re-print at no extra charge and they would have understood that it was no one mistake but a mis-communication that would not happen again. There are other great stores in the local area, I would try there before ever going here!
