  • I have gotten many hair cuts from here in the past and always been satisfied. I went to get a color added to my tips and it literally washed out a day later. Called to complain they got me back in and tried again. Same thing washed out with next day or two. Went back in to a color specialist and she tried. It never even took. I thought the salon after paying $130 for color and giving them 3 tries should have offered a partial refund or something. Nothing. I went to ultra bought the color I wanted and put in hair 2 weeks ago and it is still there. I will never go to this salon for color.
